WATCH how Donald Trump told Oprah Winfrey in 1988 he would run for president and not lose

A video from the Oprah Winfrey Show has resurfaced showing a young Donald Trump telling the media mogul  in 1988 that he’ll one day run for president, and that when he does he won’t lose. The video resurfaced after Oprah Winfrey apologized on Sunday for her #HopeLives tweet following Trump’s election victory and meeting with Obama at the White House.

She said the tweet was a mistake as she could barely breathe following Trump’s meeting with Obama.

In the video, Trump answered the question if he would run for president, saying:

‘Well I don’t know, I think I’ll win, I’ll tell you what. I wouldn’t go in to lose” Trump told Oprah. ‘I’ve never gone in to lose in my life and if I did decide to do it, I’d say I’ll be. I will say I’ll have a hell lot of a chance to win because I think people are tired..i don’t know about how your audience feels but i think people are tired of seeing the United States getting ripped off’
