ArchiAfrika has been a die-hard fan of Demas Nwoko, whose work investigates ‘Africanness’ as no other Architect has, and sadly he is not studied in African academia or recognised by the mainstream. His work has only been published and is a must read. ArchiAfrika will honor him in our first INNO-NATIVE(tm) awards.
