EpiXode Talked About Trinity, Wahala Dey And Forth Coming Projects With SwanQy Jay. Get The Full Gist.
“Starting from last year I have toured some African countries to spread my kind of vibes. The motive was to take my vibe across and I gave been to Burkina Faso, Zimbabwe, Uganda and I was the curtain raiser for Grammy Nominee Etana from Jamaica in Kenya plus I will going to more African countries before the year ends so I will say it has been a very good year for me” Epixode told SwanQy Jay on Nyewase Dryv on Thursday August 29 via a phone interview when asked to describe the year musically.
Asked if his album; Trinity got to the level he anticipated? The finest Reggae and Dancehall artiste said the album is still growing on Ghanaians because he believes we are still digesting it but added that it is a big deal in Africa especially Eastern Africa.
Epixode revealed that his strength lies in the reggae genre compared to dancehall. He said he feels very comfortable when he is churning out a reggae song and wants his songs to be ever green and timeless.
The Avatar hit maker disclosed to host SwanQy Jay that Wahala Dey was inspired by himself; thus he stepped into the shoes of the ordinary Ghanaian and imagined if he wasn’t Epixode (a celebrity) and how the system would treat him. That motivated the composition of Wahala Dey.
Epixode exclusively revealed to SwanQy Jay that he would release a song with the Nothing I Get singer Fameye shortly and would be traveling across Africa for collaborations, promotions and gigs.
