Lawyer to Car Dealer from whom Davido bought a Mercedes-Benz GLE 450 with N7m outstanding has given an ultimatum over dud cheques he issued.
Days ago, a Lagos-based car dealer accused Davido of issuing him a dud cheque for the balance of a Benz GLE 450 the singer allegedly bought from his company.
According to NET which broke this story, the dealer identified as Anekwu Chika alleged that he supplied the singer the said car and received part payment, but the outstanding payment of N1.4m was rejected by the bank. And rather than take the matter up with the appropriate authorities, this said car dealer has taken to social media.
A quick check of Davido’s Instagram shows that in February, he posted new photos where he posed the white Benz GLE.
Well, now Lawyer to the car dealer has given the singer a 7 day ultimatum to pay the balance. See photos below
