Henry Fitz And 2 Others Being Sued Over Serwaa Amihere Video

Serwaa Amihere has filed a suit at the Dansoman circuit court against Henry Amponsah popularly known as Henry Fitz, Edem Saviour Ketti and Candylove Kwaykewaa Ababio.

All three accused persons have been charged with conspiracy to commit non-consensual sharing of intimate image, sharing of intimate image and sexual extortion contrary to section 66(1) of cyber security Act 2020 Act 1038.

Edem Saviour, 29, and Candylove Kwaykewaa Ababio, 31 are currently in police grip and assisting investigations while Henry Fitz is currently at large.

The suit filed on April 8, 2024 names Serwaa as the complainant who reported to the Police on December 3, 2023 that she was being blackmailed over her nude pictures.

Courts documents cited by 3news indicate that her make-up artist informed her about a text from an unknown person demanding an amount of GH5000 under the pretext that he owned Serwaa’s nude pictures.

Police say on April 2, 2024, another person called to blackmail the complainant demanding an amount of 20,000.00 to be sent to a particular MTN number.

The court document indicated that although the complainant sent the said amount, the individual went ahead and released the nude pictures of the Serwaa Amihere on social media.

This caused the complainant to file another complaint on April 3, 2024 which prompted police to mount a surveillance.

According to the Police, per the surveillance, Edem Saviour Ketti was arrested at his hideout at Dzorwulu.
