An education agency called Study Abroad West Africa (SAWA) which has its head office located in Accra,
Ghana has partnerships with universities in the United States of America namely Point Park university,
West Virginia State University, Concordia University St. Paul, Arvenia University, Virginia Wesleyan
University and Rivier University.

Over the years we realized most Ghanaians hate to hear GRE or SAT exams when they decide to study
abroad. SAWA found out this gap and brought some selected universities in the USA on board which do
not demand the above listed tests or exams to enroll however you are given some percentage of
scholarship if you have good results from such tests.
SAWA presents partial scholarships (20% – 50%) to all west Africans to enroll in the any of the above
listed universities. Scholarships are merit based.
