“You don’t have to kill yourself trying to do a hit song” – Stonebwoy to Upcoming artistes

Reggae/ Dance hall artist Stonebwoy has advised upcoming musicians who believes they can only get a hit song out of producing dance music.

According to the ‘Top Skanka’ hitmaker, hit songs varies : therefore any budding artist who is hoping to get a hit song should work hard to bring the best out of their craft.

“you don’t have to do dance music to get a hit song no no no no.. we have songs  you can hardly dance too but you can move to .. definitely music can move you no matter the tempo you can move to once you can move to the music that’s it..’ you don’t have to kill yourself trying to do a hit song  because hit songs vary and I mean your hit song will not be somebody’s hit song but we have one song that might be popular amongst the songs so feel free as an artist do your thing create that masterpiece and let it fly”. He said when asked his views on artist focusing on producing dance music to make hit.

Stonebwoy also revealed that he will be doing more collaborations this year with top Caribbean artiste so fans and music lovers should anticipate greatness.
