The mobile app was launched at a ceremony held at Golden Beam Hotel in Kumasi on Wednesday, May 10.
The newly launched app already has 200 short films and skits. To download the Kumawood App, visit the App store and search for Kumawood App and follow the registration process.
Watching movies on the Kumawood App is by subscription and subscription could be paid via Mobile Money, Visa etc.
The Kumawood App is a partnership between Kumawood Multimedia, organisers of the annual Kumawood Awards, MTEC-Communications and MTN.
