48-year-old Hollywood veteran and singer Will Smith has revealed how he had to borrow $10 from a fan when he realized he didn’t have his wallet.
The actor told Jimmy Kimmel on his show Monday that while weighing his options — which included calling his wife, Jada Pinkett-Smith for assistance — he later noticed one bystander who he assumed to be a Fresh Prince fan.
He said:
“I rolled the window down and after a couple of minutes he was like ‘Will?!’ and I said, ‘What’s up?’ He said, ‘Hey man, can I get a picture?’ I said, ‘Yeah man, I need about $10,’”
After the selfie-money-exchange, Smith asked for the man’s number to reimburse him, but the kind stranger obliged that this one was on him.
