Barely weeks after Harrsyong announced that he was re-launching his record label, Alter Plate, following an amicable resolution with his former bosses at Five Star Music, he has been served another lawsuit by KCee..

Nigerian singer, Harry Tare Okire, popularly known as Harrysong has taken to his social media page on Instagram to voice his displeasure at being served another lawsuit in the new legal battle between him and his former label partner, Kcee.

According to the court summons he shared on his page, the Limpopo singer slammed Harrysong and former manager Soso Soberekon with a lawsuit, demanding for the enforcement of his ‘Fundamental rights’.

The “Baba For The Girls” crooner wrote;

“Even though you and I know you offended me, I listened to the voice of elders and apologized to you despite all the oppression, yet my success causes you running stomach,” Harrysong said in the Instagram post.

 “And to my fans out there, please brace up for impact, since they have decided to hold us down by all means, We are ready to prove them wrong by all means…, less I forget, help me ask them, what is my crime this time?”

Recall that the drama started in January after the Samankwe singer dumped Five Star Music and launched his own company, prompting a media/police drama that stretched for days. He was arrested following complaints of breaching a contractual agreement and forging E-Money’s signature.

Though they later resolved their differences and Harrysong moved on to run his label, Kcee dissed him often, saying he used and dumped his family record label.
