28-year-old American singer, The Weeknd, real name, Abel Makkonen Tesfaye, and his 22-year-old supermodel girlfriend, Bella Hadid, are reportedly getting married.
The couple who started dating in the year 2015 separated in November 2016 when The Weeknd started dating fellow singer Selena Gomez. They later reignited their love in April 2018 and made their relationship Instagram official in two separate posts.
According to US Weekly;
The Weeknd is ready to put a big, sparkly diamond ring on it. A source revealed that “a proposal is on the horizon, Hadid and The Weeknd are madly in love with each other.”
Some months ago, The Weeknd’s rented a $60K a month penthouse in Manhattan’s Tribeca area in NYC.
‘He asked her to move in and she, of course, agreed. She felt that this was the next best step in their relationship,’ said the source.

This time last year, The Weeknd had just ended his relationship of 10 months with Selena Gomez. He was seen leaving Hadid’s apartment on November 14, 2017. That was the first hint of the reconciliation that was to come, although the two didn’t actually really start making out in public until May.
