As promised by organisers, the concert achieved a “a unique musical experience”, with massive crowds in attendance and exciting performances from Hungarian urban folk band Zuboly, Wanlov The Kubolor, Stevo the kologo player, hiplife veterans VVIP, fast-rising Worlasi, Hungarian/Ghanaian band RedRed, Gyedu Blay Amboley and Tumi Ansah.
The 2017 Hungarian Cultural Week in its entirety came off across Hotel Kempinski, Rockstone’s Office and the Alliance Francais between the 10th and 18th of March.
Sena Dagadu is the lead vocalist of Hungarian alternative band Irie Mafia and is author of critically acclaimed albums including Lots Of Trees, Grow Slow, First One, Azdanê, Natural High, Take a Look, Only Solution Remix, Vol. 1, and DA 1 YAH EP 03. Her latest album Feathers was announced at the Django Bar in Accra on March 17th.
