The story of how actress and TV host Joselyn Dumas lost weight some years ago is nothing new. She opened up about it on TV in the first season of The One Show on Viasat. However in one of her usual #JDinspired inspirational messages on Twitter, she shared photos of when she battling with weight photos alongside her ‘now’ look.

The photo has since been trending with many commending her for her determination.  She wrote: “She believed she could, so she did”.Don’t be ashamed to tell your story, it will inspire others”
