Kemi Adetiba’s most anticipated movie ‘King of Boys’ returned with a 7 episode special on Netflix and fans cannot stop talking about it. From the captivating storyline to powerful compelling characters to the wardrobe of the cast, people cannot get enough of the artistry that was displayed both by the stellar cast and the costume designers.

Sola Sobowale’s leading role as Oba, the notorious criminal head had her consistently serving looks to our collective delight.

Here are 5 of our favourite looks

1. Sultan Oba

This show-stopping look proved to us that Eniola Salami is undoubtedly the King of Boys. This sultan-inspired outfit symbolizes power and nobility and Eniola embodies both qualities well. The white draped turban, cream coloured embroidered robe and flowy gown was designed and styled by Tiannah’s Empire.

2. Art meets Oba

This look was nothing short of art. From her folded high turban to the hand painted symbols around the collar and the white satin blouse with huge bell shaped puffed up sleeves paired with orange tan trousers, everything came together to make this artsy ethnic masterpiece that was also sketched, designed and styled by Tiannah’s Empire. Sola completed this look with foxy makeup and a bold lip colour.

3. Sweet Laburu

This colourful pink and indigo outfit showed Eniola’s playful but sophisticated style. Sola draped a structured brightly colored flowing pink jacket with indigo patterns over a long flowing dress of similar fabric. She accentuated the look with beautiful silver beaded jewellery, large flower-shaped gold rings, a matching pink turban and beautiful classy makeup look. The indo jacket, Miami turban and abaya were all designed and styled by Abayalagos by Salihat who hopped on the project at the last minute but delivered nonetheless.

4. Angelic Eniola

Don’t let this angelic look deceive you into taking Eniola aka Laburu at face value. She is known to be more ruthless than she is sweet. Sola looked regal in this silky white outfit with its structured tailoring, high collar, ruffled sleeves and metallic star-shaped buttons that ran from the collar down the robe to show the beauty and power in simplicity. She completed the look with a well crafted turban, a dewy makeup look and a bold red lip. This look and turban was also designed by Tiannah’s Empire.

5. The Warrior King Of Boys

This look off the round table scene in the movie got people talking. Sola walked into the room wearing a black leathery gown with bouncy large ruffles at the bottom and intricate rhinestone embroidery around the collar and bodice and as usual, topped with a fancy black turban. Also tailored and styled by Tiannah’s Empire, this look was tailored to perfection and designed to convey the authority and power the Oba wields
