It’s the second episode of The Buzz show with Toke Makinwa, the show that brings us all the highlights and never seen before clips that go on in the Big Brother Naija season 6 house.
Besides Toke’s fashion statement, she is back and better as Big Brother’s second eye to give us all the exciting tea that went down in the house last week.
To dish out all the good stuff, Toke is joined by the multitalented DJ, Big N. To start the episode, they discuss the first truth and dare game between the housemates, which left Beatrice and Pere in a passionate kiss and wondering if there’s a triangle between him, Maria, and Beatrice. Big N thinks that Maria and Pere are alpha personalities, and both don’t want to be in touch with their emotions. He believes that can work for them or can end up being very toxic.
The Triangle Analysis
They also had an interesting conversation about the Boma, Jay Paul and Jackie B’s triangle, where we see Jay Paul telling Boma to stay clear of Jackie B. And Boma fell on deaf ears to that warning because after winning the head of house games, he went ahead to pick the same lady as his deputy. Big N had a lot to say about the situation, from saying that no one owns anybody in the Big Brother house and at the end of the day, the housemates have to shine their eyes.
Soon after, they were joined by Instagram influencer and BBNaija fanatic Mummy’s Little Girl to help them unpack all the ships currently building up in the house. The influencer shared her thoughts on Cross, who she thinks doesn’t want anything with anyone and is for the streets. They also spoke about love in the house and how they feel White Money is very smart and is in it for the game.
The Association of Married Couples
They went ahead to talk about the married couple dynamic in the house. We see a clip where Tega was giving Niyi a massage, and DJ Big N believes that it’s only apt for them to be together because we know that there are no feelings at all. Mummy’s Little Girl also says that we get messages from strangers at the spa’s, so there’s nothing there. They all concluded by calling them the association of married couples.
Gbas Gbos Talks
To discuss all the gbas gbos that went down in the house, they were joined by the last and final guest, dancer and entertainer, Poco Lee. They discussed Niyi and Cross’s situation where we see two alpha males having a clash over slices of bread. Poco thinks it wasn’t that serious, and he doesn’t know why they took it personally because they didn’t get into the BBNaija house to eat bread. But ultimately, they concluded that bread is life.
And the shipping talks…again
They also discussed the liquorose and Emmanuel situation, where they all think they aren’t a good fit, and Emmanuel only sees her as a friend. And they talked about the Maria, Pere situation some more where Big N believes that Pere is infatuated by Maria, but Toke seems to think they’re cute together. They also recounted the night where Pere woke Maria from sleep to express his feelings, and she turned him down. They agreed that that’s the most intriguing gbas gbos so far in the house.
MVPs and Secret Diary Sessions
They went ahead to discuss their most valuable players of the week, and for Toke, it was Tega. According to her, Tega is pushing boundaries, and she loves it. The guests, on the other hand, chose Angel as their MVP because she’s giving the content they didn’t even sign up for.
They also showed clips of the housemate’s secret diary sessions, where Big Brother allows the housemates to rant about any and everything, and some of the juiciest details were revealed here. For one, Maria says Pere makes her uncomfortable, and Sas Kay doesn’t like that the housemates are shipping her with Jay Paul. According to her, it’s never going to happen.
To end the show, they discussed who they think would be perfect for Boma. After some back and forth with Angel and Jackie B, they agreed that Liquorose would match his energy, but unfortunately, she has eyes on someone else. Big N concluded by saying that Jackie B and Boma can never work because Jackie B likes Sammie. Well, we’ll find out in the coming weeks.
