Stonebwoy keeps rising high on the international stages. These are some exclusive pictures of Stonebwoy playing in Brooklyn, New York in Lauryn Hill’s concert.
Dubbed “Diaspora Calling”, the concert also hosted other heavyweight musicians of international repute like Stephen Marley and Machel Montano.
Ghana’s very own prolific rapper E.L was also on with Mr. Eazi, as well as new rising Ghanaian Afrosoul songstress Jojo Abot and many others. Paul Bearbrun from Haiti and Wondaboy from Nigeria also played on the concert.
Stonebwoy after winning the “Artiste of the Year” 2015 slot in Ghana Music Awards (VGMA) has since been on the move playing several huge concerts across GHANA, Africa and on the international stages across Europe and USA. His “Go Higher” is the most talked about international concert raised by a Ghanaian artiste abroad in multiple locations.
Stonebwoy won “Best African Act” at the BET 2015 honours, AFRIMMA among other enviable awards numbering to at least 10 plaques or over within a one year period. He is tipped to win the “Artiste of the Year” at the VGMA 2016 as well, according to critics and his chronic fans (Bhimnatives). He is nominated for several categories for the VGMA 2016 as well.
