Deputy Minister of Tourism, Culture and Creative Arts, Dzifa Abla Gomashie has confessed that she is in love with Stonebwoy’s music.
After being hailed by rapper E.L and American singer Trey Songz, next to applaud Stonebwoy is the Deputy Minister who revealed that he is currently one artist she adores here in Ghana.
The Hon. Deputy Minister made a stop at Hitz Fm in Accra where she laid out some basic reasons that has earned the Dancehall artist a special place in her favorite playlist.
“I like Stonebwoy because of his songs. He sings about his culture, heritage, his lyrics and again how he carries himself is just admirable. It’s not just about his music but also his humility and leadership amongst the youth in Ghana.”
Other artists that made her list were Becca, Obrafour and Amanzeba.
“I also like Becca, Edem, Amandzeba and Obrafour and also because they also sing about their culture and heritage,” she added.
In 2013, the veteran actress and queen mother, Mrs. Dzifa was nominated as Deputy Minister for Tourism, Culture and Creative Arts. She was part of the 26 Persons named by President Mahama for deputy ministerial positions vetted by parliament.
