According to videos footage on social media, Sarkodie was involved in a car accident in the Ashanti Region today.
The rapper, according to reports, was on his way to Asante Akyem Agogo for a show with legendary highlife artiste, Amakye Dede on Easter Monday, when the unfortunate happened.
The rapper survived unharmed and was taken away in a different car in good condition.
He continued his journey to Agogo for the event. A thankful Sarkodie tweeted “Touch down Agogo” showing gratitude with an emoji!
Sarkodie recently released a song titled ‘Wake Up Call’ campaigning against road accident.
