Rocky Dawuni’s new Herb Anthem “Burn One” featured on KCRW Top 5 Songs

Ghanaian reggae star and activist Rocky Dawuni’s new global herb anthem “Burn One” celebrates the rise of marijuana use for medical, economic, spiritual and recreational purposes. And it premiered right here on KCRW last week, on Friday 4/20. Here’s hoping it’ll keep you irie into the weekend.

Rocky Dawuni’s 4/20 premiere “Burn One” makes it on KCRW’s Top 5 songs alongside Dutch-Ghanaian singer Nana Adjoa’s single off her EP, “Down At The Root Part II”. Other prolific musicians made same list, Rolling Blackouts Coastal Fever served us “Talking Straight”. They are due to release their debut album “Hope Downs” this summer, New York based act, Sam Owens puts out a record off his EP, Sam Evian titled Health Machine, Lykke Li also made an appearance with her song Hard Rain.
