East Africa’s dynamic duo, Goodlyfe Crew a Ugandan music group with lead performers being singers Moses Radio and Weasel sadly announce the demise of the duo member Moses Radio in a press release that reads;
“The king radio is dead. The management of Radio & Weasel regret to announce the passing of Moses Ssekibogo Nakintinje alias RADIO today 1st February 2018 at 6:00am. The vigil will be at his home in Makindye today 7:00pm. Mass will be said in his honour on Friday 2pm at Rubaga Cathedral church. The general public will be able to pay their last respect and view his body at the Uganda National theatre on Friday at 4pm. He will laid in state at kagga village – Nakawuka in Wakiso district.”
The cause of his death was prior a fatal accident he got involved in on 23 January 2018 whereby he was receiving the best of treatment to the extent of the president of Uganda issuing an amount of 30,000,000 shellings as a contribution to Radio’s medical bill. The news broke the heart of loudable names like Wizkid, Davido, Ice Prince and Runtown in the Nigerian music industry. Moses Radio will mostly be remembered with his smooth RnB vocals while Weasel’s contribution is a fusion of reggae, ragga and dancehall vibes. May he soul rest in perfect peace.
