Ghanaian root reggae singer, Kurabaso REDfyah confirmed to Blakk Senses in an interview on the #AfrikanTrain Show on Agboo 92.9fm in the Volta Region of Ghana after releasing two singles titled “Lonely Road” and “Crown the Living” in which he featured Nana Ama and Lotta Griffith from Sweden respectively on the February 23, 2019 that after the visuals for the audios released are released, he will be hosting a big live concert.
“After these singles, we shall be releasing their visuals. After the visuals are released, I have a big live concert to be announced.” He revealed to Blakk Senses.
The date for the concert he dubbed “Savannah for Peace Concert” has been confirmed to be 19th April, 2019. The scheduled venue for the concert was also confirmed as Damongo Lorry Park, in the newly created Savannah Region of Ghana.
The “Peace, Love and Unity” concert put together annually in his native Ghana is REDfyah’s way of assuming social responsibility while having a very personal encounter with his fan base. Proceeds of this large outdoor concert are channeled into respective charities.
The “Abagbrrrrrr King” also hinted that he has two new singles ready to be released. One of them will be out this year and the other follows next year.
“I have two albums cooked down already ready to be released. After the big concert, I shall be releasing a full album titled the MIRROR ALBUM somewhere in the middle getting to the third-quarter of this year and the second one shall be released next year, God willing.”
Born Abudu Seidu from the northern region of Ghana in West Africa, Kurabaso REDfyah burst onto the Ghanaian music scene recently quiet recently with his distinct style of the genre.
He was interviewed on the Hottest Reggae Show, #AfrikanTrain on Agboo 92.9fm in the Volta Region hosted by Blakk Senses, Di-Afrikan General which highlights local and international reggae/dancehall artists.
