Cyber attacks are the greatest threat to every profession, every industry & every company in the world – Ginni Rometty (IBM). It is believed two-thirds of Cyber attacks are due to Human Factors. However Cybersecurity is NOT just an IT concern; as such all Employees including HR need to be fully engaged and trained to help organisations in Africa effectively mitigate risk of cyber attacks.
