The year’s most comic yet thrilling and culturally inspired yet relatable romantic drama features screen gem, Adjetey Anang, Who was obediently engaged to an African woman chosen by his mother but falls in love with a foreign girl on the auspicious weekend of his friend’s traditional marriage.

Grace Omaboe, popularly called Maame Dokono played the role of Adjetey Anang’s mother in My Very Ghanaian Wedding. The strict mother who will go against all odds; emotionally blackmails her son to sticks to the family legacy and marry the bride selected for him.
