From auditions throughout the luxurious boot camp experience at The Holy Trinity Sap & Health Farm at Sogakope, the 16 selected delegates for this year’s completion have had some fairly good grooming sessions with professionals in the industry to prepare them enough for the tasks ahead.

Two tasks, the profiling and Fitness sessions have been completed by the delegates and are now preparing for the first eviction on the 2017 edition of the pageant.

During the Fitness session, Valery Asante Agyeiwaa stood out exceptionally well and was adjudged ‘Miss Fitness’ in that particular episode. The fitness episode happened at the Bojo beach hotel where delegates participated in various interesting health activities such as tug of war, Aerobics, Running amongst others. It was interesting to watch some of the delegates gasp for air and others falling off at the beach.

Gradually, they have warmed up into the competition and are ready to show their culinary skills to the whole world as they undergo their cooking task this Sunday on Joy Prime at 1:30pm and on GhOne TV at 7pm. They will come up with their own cooking recipes and methods after selecting ‘Mystery baskets’ packed with assorted ingredients. This cooking episode is definitely a must watch. To vote for your favorite contestant, text their names to 1757 and watch your best delegate rise to the in the pageant.
