Merqury Republic presents ‘Encore’ on March 30

As the organizers of the Ghana DJ Awards warm up for the 2019 edition of the prestigious awards ceremony, established in 2012, the team has commenced its tour of popular nightlife locations across the country named “Pubfest.”

On Saturday March 30, 2019, the bus stops at the Afrik Gardens located inside Dansoman with the introduction of a new vibe to the whole tour. The organizers call this new feel, the first of its kind across Africa, “Encore.”

Headlined by 2018 Female DJ of the Year at the Ghana DJ Awards and the Lions band, Encore is planned to be an exciting DJ/Live band event where the DJ plays a song or a mix and throws the challenge to the band to replicate, creating some sort of battle between them.

Scheduled to commence at 8pm, the event is expected to attract a large number of lovers of both live band music and DJ works.
