These past few weeks have been a nightmare for Menzgold boss, Nana Appiah Mensah and things keep getting worse by the day. If we all remember, on July 15, 2018, Menzgold England was opened in an attempt to expand the business on the international front.
Nana Appiah Mensah, popularly known as “NAM 1” posted on his Instagram a picture of the set up for the event.
However, a Twitter user by the name Blema Awula posted one of the images Mr. Mensah shared before the launch of Menzgold England and compared it to a similar one posted by a photography firm, Muse Motion Pictures.
In the photo, Nana Appiah Mensah showed the venue for the launch and said it was at No.1 Berkeley Square, Mayfair in London but that same picture was posted earlier on in January 30, 2017.
In the photo posted by the photography firm on Instagram, the caption said “Being a tourist is nice, but so is work, and here is a wedding shot in Doha. It’s actually taking place at the brides home – who needs to hire a venue when you have this?”
Could it be that the Menzgold boss paid for the same event designer or did he completely steal this photo from the internet? Was there even a launch in England? Did he lie about the launch?
At a time where their operation’s are being monitored closely by the SEC, with attacks coming from sides, if this is what is seems, the Menzgold boss has a lot of explanations to give Ghanaians.
