Meet The Second Nigerian Who Got A Grammy Nomination

While news of Wizkid’s first ever Grammy nod got Nigerians buzzing, another Nigerian Faridah Seriki, popularly known as Kah-Lo, was nominated for the 2017 Grammy awards.

She took to her IG page and wrote:

“Oluwa did it! Riton has all the swag sauce,”

Her proud father, who is a former minister of defence and chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Lagos state, took to Twitter to share the excitement..

It’s incredulous that my daughter was nominated for 2017 Grammy Award… I’m so thrilled about ‘Rinse and Repeat’ feat Kah Lo.. Very Proud!
