Quarrion Phillips is already making a SPLASH with his new hit. Thousands of fans have posted to Instagram and Facebook their version of the 12-year-old rapper’s dance, sparked by what is invading the social media space as #QueSplashChallenge.
Going by the stage name Que 9, the BMB artist first performed “Splash” at his 2016 Easter Party in Detroit, Michigan to over 200 kids. It was there he challenged the audience to do the dance and promised that EVERY submission would get posted and he’s kept good on his word. Que’s Instagram timeline became flooded with fun renditions and unique interpretations incorporating everything from cartoons, trampolines and stickers to the Mona Lisa!
In 2015 he dropped a video for his “2 Fresh 2 Fly” single in 2015. He’s performed all over the country building his fan base and developing his artistry at big shows including Summer Jam and I heart Memphis with label mate and “Sauce” creator Lil George, Silento, DLow and more.
