Meet  Lupinos, one of Ghana’s prominent Chef abroad 

Ghanaian dishes has always seen a great reception abroad for it good taste and nutritional values. But in recent times, one  Ghanaian that has really pushed it globally is Michael Acquaah kwakye better known by many  as Lupinos.

The UK-based Ghanaian consultant and restaurant researcher has in his own ways showcased the various local dishes from Ghana on standard and international platforms that has drawn the attention of other nationals.

In 2015 he  was recently featured in a Chef documentary  where vividly talked  about local dishes and the best ways they are being prepared.

Lupinos has also travelled extensively across Europe and beyond ,worked with major companies also preparing continental dishes . During all these travels he always engaged other nationals and take them through some popular Ghanaian cuisines.

He strongly believe they are some of the major ways he can also tell the Ghanaian story to encourage people feel and taste Ghana wherever they are in the world .
