I wake up at 6am to train for about 2hours, then leave for school. When I get home I usually play my favourite electronic game (Call of Duty) or hit the gym when I’m in the mood.

I train 4 times in a week, and each day I target one or two particular muscles.

I don’t really has any special diet plan, to avoid potbelly I control my diet, eat more protein, fruits and vegetables.
