Ghanaian GRAMMYs nominated “Afro Roots” Reggae Singer and Songwriter, Rocky Dawuni in an interview with AJ Sarpong on Saturday 02, February, 2019 on CitiTV as a Designated UN Ambassador for the Environment in Africa made known to the public as to help the Government in its pursuit to achieve making Accra the cleanliest city in the sub-Saharan region by 2020.
On answering a question posed by the host of “Hall of Fame” on CitiTv on whether the Government will be able to achieve making Accra the neatest city before 2020, Rocky Dawuni made known the factors besides policies and measures taken by the Government in achieving this status it needed the collective efforts of each citizen which starts with keeping each and everyone’s environs clean. Rocky Dawuni also an Ambassador for Global Alliance for Clean Cook stoves.

Rocky Dawuni is due to release an album this March, 2019 titled “Beats Of Zion” which adds up to his albums to sum up to 7 studio recorded albums with “Branches Of The Same Tree” earning a Grammys nomination for the 58th Grammys Awards for the category “Best Reggae Album”.
He is currently promoting “Beats Of Zion” a single off his yet to be released album which is due to be released in March 2019.
