According to the founder, make-up is not supposed to alter your appearance completely, but to work out your distinctive features, expose your outstanding corner shades that bring out the confidence, boldness and life in you. And that is exactly what Touch Make-up artistry has been set up to do.
So what makes Touch stand out from the lot? Marfoa Acheampong said during the official launch:

Touch Make-up Artistry, has crafted this beauty lounge to give you the look that fits that occasion in style and comfort. We provide training in corporate look, training in professional makeup artistry, we also give consultation services on makeup and we have provided this serene atmosphere so you can walk in and enjoy a touch.”
Understanding the Art of Makeup Artistry has been a passion of Marfoa since her career in makeup was ignited on a movie set in 2005. She studied Visual Arts at Wesley Girls High School and pursued Fashion Design (HND) at the Kumasi Polytechnic, before attaining a Bachelor of Fine Art (BFA) certificate in Painting and Sculpture at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.
Marfoa Acheampong has had over 10 years of consistent and dedicated practice, which gave birth to Touch Makeup Artistry some four years ago. Her expertise includes enhancing, correcting, disguising, and causing dramatic changes for clients.
She has been concentrating on bridal makeup for the past 4 years, and has succeeded in putting smiles and satisfaction on the faces of over 200 brides across the country on their special days.
The Ghana movie industry have also received its fair share of her skills and expertise as she has contributed immensely to the very professional and dramatic look and appearance of many actors including Kofi Adjololo, Jackie Appiah, Nana Ama McBrown, Naana Hayford, among many others.
She won Best Makeup Artist prize during the first edition on the Kumawood Awards. She has also received nominations at the NAFCA awards (Nollywood and African Film Critics’ Awards – USA) and the Ghana Movie Awards.
