Ghanaian highlife/afrobeats musician King Promise has been booked to perform at the annual Urban Pop Music Festival (Oh My Festival) in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
The “Selfish” hitmaker will share the big stage with American rap star Meek Mill, Canadian rapper Tory Lanez, Nigerian afro-pop star Wizkid, and other top stars at the Arena Park in Amsterdam on June 29, 2019.
The organisers shared the news via Twitter: “We are very proud to announce King Promise will be performing live at OHMY! Music Festival-June 29th in Amsterdam. The Ghanaian superstar just dropped his latest song ‘Tokyo’ featuring the one & only starboy Wizkid, who’s also attending OH MY!”
This is King Promise’s first major gig in 2019.
He dominated charts last year with hot jams including “CCTV” which features Sarkodie and Mugeez and a collaboration with Wizkid, titled “Tokyo”.
