King Lagazee gets nominated, hopeful of another big win at RTP Awards 2017

Reggae/Dancehall bandwagon and radio anchor King Lagazee has unrelentingly committed himself passionately to uplift and maintain a healthy interface for the reggae/dancehall fraternity. His dedication to the subject of the genre has earned him wider listenership in and across the shores of Ghana.

His weekly radio show “Lagazee International Soundz” hosted each and every Sunday on Hitz 103.9 FM has been nominated for the radio reggae show host of the year at this year’s edition of RTP awards 2017. There is rivalry in said category because the likes of Bonti I Tawala of Light FM, Conscious Queen of Pink FM, Doris Lomo of Radio Gold and Bongo One of Kekeli Radio are all competiting for the same category.

The chances of King Lagazee to win the said category is very high, reasons been that, his show “Lagazee Soundz International” cuts across the boarders of Ghana to interview/interract with both globally recognized reggae/dancehall acts like Gramps Morgan, Yellow man, Ninja man et al, he also has a track record of winning reggae/dancehall DJ of the year back to back in 2016/2017 at Ghana Djs awards. That is not to say the other competitors are not equally good. Whoever deserves the credit for his or her hard work will win.
