Back in August, while shooting the Jidenna and Uju Marshall’s Style Mania cover on the popular Broad Street in Lagos, ace photographer, Kelechi Amadi-Obi spotted a beautiful girl selling pillows and asked her if she would like to model, to which the girl answered in the affirmative.
Since her accidental scouting, the girl, Odebiyi Bukola has gone on to walk the runway for six designers and now, she’s on the beauty editorial for Style Mania’s latest issue looking like she was born to do this.
Unlike Olajumoke Orisaguna who was discovered in a similar way, Bukola’s story wasn’t a big hit in the media. But the chances that Bukola will go farther in the modelling industry than the breadseller-turn-model are high because for one, her features are way more striking.
We can’t wait to see what the future holds for her.
