Although the legendary Ghanaian music group, Wutah is no more, a former member of the group has revealed that he will not drop the Wutah name from his name.

Wutah Kobby in a recent interview with Amansan Krakye on Radio Central in Cape Coast was asked if he might consider dropping the Wutah from his name, and the new solo artiste said he will never do that.

He explained his reason saying;
“You see Wutah in Hausa means fire. I mean fire that represents positivity, inspiration and perseverance which is what I represent.

“So I won’t say because the group is no more I will put the name somewhere and call myself Kobby. I will continue to be known as Wutah Kobby.”
