The Irie Ites Studio crew is putting everything in place to make sure the very first Ghanaian Reggae & Dancehall project dubbed “Irie Jamz Compilation” becomes a success.
The official launch date slated for this Wednesday, November 9 at Roots & Soul Restaurant in Dansoman will see various artistes featured on the project grace the occasion as they interact with the media and as well, outdoor the songs recorded for the project and accompanying videos.
Out of 3 riddims produced namely, “Irie Bus Riddim”, “Pretty Nadia Riddim” and “Nima Clock Riddim”, 28 songs got listed on the official compilation. Notable iconic and vetran faces as well as upcoming acts of the genre (Reggae & Dancehall) got featured. The likes of Samini, Iwan, Fiifi Selah, Kamelyeon, Ras Kuuku, Scata Bada, Osagyefo, Kwame Partan among others. Here are the official covers for the respective riddims released by Elorm Beenie, the Project Coordinator. All songs were produced by CaskeysOnit and videos done by Slingshot Ghana.
