British Council Ghana announces its second of 4 quarterly Mini TEDxSocialEntrepriseTalk dubbed ‘‘Investors or ‘Father Christmas?’ – Social entrepreneurs’ interaction with investors”. This is a TEDxAccra led social enterprise event in partnership with SE Ghana supported by the British Council. This event takes place on Thursday, 17th November, 2016 at the British Council, Accra from 5pm to 8pm.
The discussions during the event will focus on, why investors are not interested in financing social enterprises,, how social enterprises can access financing from mainstream capital markets and accountability demands of investors. The event will also connect ‘investment ready’ businesses that need funding for their businesses to investors.
