Tonto Dikeh finally has taken away the spotlight from her husband and his family and apologised to fans for misleading them about the state of her marriage.
The actress was prompted to take this step after a fan pointedly called her out for lying that all was well in her home.
“The fact that you lied to your fans and followers about being in a comfortable relationship and using your media power to hype the so called *psychopaths*, it’s an abuse on everybody,” the upset fan said, adding: “yeah it feels so good when you started dating him but am sure you can tell at some point that it doesn’t feel right with you but you choose to push on with it… madam move on with your life, shit happens”
And a contrite Tonto Dikeh replied him. “That I’am really sorry I did. I didn’t do it to fool no one. I wanted this man to grow,” she said, noting that she put on a facade because people don’t want to be associated with ‘losers.’
She continued: “People don’t associate with losers or not relevant people.. I have no excuse for my behaviour but my intentions here is to solely help a man grow!!!”
