Lamisi in an interview on Class 91.3fm with Prince Benjamin, the female vocalist makes it clear she won’t expose herself for popularity and a hit song without feeling it in her pocket and production.

Lamisi is a Ghanaian female vocalist who started her solo career in the year 2017 with three songs currently and now promoting her new record titled Mr Strawberry.

In the interview, the presenter, posed a question to her asking if she is ready to promote her contents with common way of getting hype than the hard way?

She replied by saying “ I don’t want to step into the mainstream like Kakai and die like poison”

She continued by saying you can have the hype and the name but it’s useless if you don’t feel it in your pocket as well as your production as a musician.

She added that though the common and simplest way of getting hype in Ghana as a female musician is to show what you’ve got physical but she is not ready to do that now. She also expressed how ready she is to work with any hard working and dedicated artiste both mainstream and fast rising.
