I thought worst-case scenario would be a salary cut – Caroline Sampson brings closure her exit from YFM

Radio and TV personality, Caroline Sampson has fully revealed how she was axed from YFM last week.

According to her, when she received a call from Human Resource, she thought that in the worst case, she would be asked to take a slash in salary.

She made this known in a video on her YouTube channel, narrating circumstances surrounding her exit.

The award-winning presenter who has worked with Y FM for close to a decade now stated that her contract with the outfit had ended.

Before joining the YFM team, Caroline worked with GTV and also Atlantis radio station in Accra. ^{She hosted two daily drive-time shows, Continuous Drive and Mellow Cruise.}

Sampson joined Citi FM and hosted three daily shows: Room 973, Rhythms in the Citi and Citi Countdown. ^{After two years with Citi FM, Sampson joined YFM Ghana as a presenter for the weekly show, ‘Shout on Y’.}
