Caitlyn Jenner opened up about how her relationship with the Kardashian family has gone sour.
During an Interview in Cambridge University, she said Kim Kardashian hasn’t spoken to her for over a year now and they don’t want her part of their lives anymore but she’s still very much in touch with the Jenner side of the family.
“They don’t want me in their lives, the bashed me pretty badly. It’s devastating when your kids do that. It really hurt. My children are my life.”
Caitlyn further said her ex-wife Kris Jenner was aware of her secret before she finally decided to transition.
“As far as Kris, when I met her I had to be honest. She was aware of it at the beginning, but she had some restrictions on it. I had my own little get aways where I could go be myself. She knew about it, but I just didn’t do anything around her.”
She made it clear that her transition wasn’t what made the marriage fail but other issues led to it.
“As far as us going our separate directions, it wasn’t about trans issues at all. It just didn’t work like it use to work. When Kris and I went our separate directions, I was thinking what the heck am I going to do with my life? I was never going out. I was in total isolation.”
Adding that at a point she thought about ending it all because it was too much pain to handle all alone.
“Am I going to sit here and rot in this house or do something? My children knew what was going on. I had four or five paparazzi cars following me everywhere I went. I thought, am I going to deal for this for the rest of my life? I decided I got to do something. At one point I thought about suicide. I really kind of reached a low point. But I thought I don’t want to silence my voice.”
