Looks as if marriage is not on the to do lists of Black Star goalkeeper Fatau Dauda. Speaking with Champagne on Spotlight concerning his marriage life, he said he doesn’t see the essence of rushing into marriage because everybody is getting married. Adding that, marriage is about patience and it takes time.
His response triggered the host to ask series of questions starting with his age which he replied 34 years. The next question was, at 34 what are you waiting for? He’s of the view it’s only women who worry about age when it comes to marriage issues. But for him, even at 50 years, he’ll still be strong and marry.
He further explained why he doesn’t want to rush into marriage. The reason is, 7 years down the line he was married to a lady which they were blessed with a child but due to irreconcilable differences they had to go their separate ways.
