The pair got separated in April 2014 after being married for 20 years.
According to TMZ, Cuba, who has tried to fix his marriage for the past two years after Sara, had filed for divorce from the actor, citing irreconcilable differences, has now thrown in the towel.
Although the ‘O.J. Simpson’ actor is asking for joint legal and physical custody of their 11-year-old daughter, Piper, he is willing to offer spousal support to Sara but he wants to keep to himself all the money he’s made since she filed for separation.
The pair also have to adult children, Spencer and Mason.
