On Wednesday he posted a picture of his shoe closet saying: “Let your dreams outgrow the shoes of your expectations. Put yourself in my shoes & you’ll understand the journey.”
Among the 90 or so pairs of shoes are ridiculously priced designer footwear. During an interview with a local TV channel in 2015, Octopizzo, talked about to having a shoe fetish which included stealing shoes from his neighbour. 
“If there is one thing that blows of my mind at any given time, then it is a nice pair of shoes. While growing up in the ghetto, whenever somebody passed by spotting a nice pair of shoes, I would get very envious because back then I wasn’t able to afford one,”
“They had just been washed and had been put on the roof to dry. If you are well conversant with how the shanties in the ghetto are built then you will be able to understand that, stealing is not a big deal. All you need is a friend to watch your back as you go for the ‘goods’,” he confessed about stealing a neighbour’s pair of shoes.
“For now I got around 90 pairs of very expensive shoes. I am willing to return … the pair I stole those past years if the guy still remembers me. Anyway, I am sorry for that,” he added.
