Happy FM’s Dr Cann Reported Dead

The PRO of Wayne CHAVIS consult has reacted to statement released by Road Boys Association regarding now public documents that suggest that Black Sherif had a business management contract with PRO of Wayne CHAVIS consult.

The statement from Road Boys Association  read:

“In light of recent speculations and hearsay concerning Black Sherif, EMPIRE and his management we would like to make certain clarifications.

Black Sherif is still under his management Road Boys Association (RBA) and has not parted ways as publicized on the various media platforms.

The management of Black Sherif is focused on further developing the talent and brand of the artiste to ensure 1) growth in Ghana and beyond, 2) development of new fanbases, 3) global protection of artiste’s intellectual property, and 4) 100% ownership of artiste’s masters, as aligned with our vision.

The various interpretations given to the purported documents surfacing online are however false and must be treated as such.

There was a consensus ad idem between both parties, and EMPIRE has been undeniably instrumental in the growth and reach of the artiste.

Furthermore, the actual partnership agreement between EMPIRE and Black Sherif reflects the intent of the artiste, having gone through all the necessary independent reviews and readings before signatures were appended.
New music is however OTW, and will answer all remaining questions.”

The statement from Wayne CHAVIS consult  also reads:

“The management of Wayne Chavis Consult has come across some recent statements making rounds on social media alleging that Management and Black Sherif have come to a compromise thus the issue making headlines in the media concerning some breach of  contract has been resolved.

The management wishes to state emphatically that no issue has been resolved and that the
public should give no attention to such speculations. A meeting was held between the CEO, Black Sherif and one other person believed to be a cousin of the artiste, however, no proper conclusion was drawn. Since Management considers  Black Sherif’s actions to be a breach of contract, it (Management) will advise itself  accordingly to seek proper redress.

Again, Management still maintains its position that Sharrif Ismail Mohammed, signing a contract with Empire was not in consultation with management, hence the said breach. We do appreciate your concerns and Wayne CHAVIS consult is here to set the precedence that will build investor confidence and protection. “
