After not being able to make their funeral contributions at the burial of Daasebre Gyamenah, the Ghana Music Right Organisation (GHAMRO) has finally presented a cheque to Deborah Annang Gyamenah, wife of the late musician.
First Vice Chairman of the association, Mr. Ahmed Banda aka Bandex made the presentation at a short ceremony held at their office in Accra on Thursday, December 1. Bandex before giving the undisclosed amount of money to madam Deborah said the cash is for the woman and children of the deceased.
He stressed that GHAMRO’s funeral contribution is given to spouse of a deceased but not family hence the decision to invite her for the money.
Wife of Daasebre Gyamenah after receiving the money thanked the association for their support. Mrs. Gyamenah promised to share the money among the children of the late even though they are all not from same mother.
