Most Ghanaians initially were not happy with how Ghanaian ladies tend to fall for Nigerian men, while others felt that Juliet’s ex-husband was a better option for her than her new man. The comments got so bad that I tried to set some people right, but after getting swamped I decided to just butt out of it all.
One Facebook user replied my comment saying that his concern was not about who was right for Juliet but rather felt that Iceberg Slim didn’t show enough respect for his girlfriend by grabbing Juliet’s bum and posting it in public. That is an argument that seemed to have resonated with many Nigerians, when a similar post on made on popular Nigerian Instagram page, Instablog9ja.
