First call Ltd. is Ghana’s premier app driven breakdown assistance and towing services company that provides convenient, affordable and reliable vehicle roadside assistance to motorists.
Services offered include Roadside Assistance, Accident Assistance and other Ancillary Services.
Roadside Assistance: In the event, a motorist encounters a breakdown, 24/7 mobile mechanics are dispatched to their aid within minutes either via our ‘First Call Rescue Me’ app or call centre. Their services are
- Replacement of a flat tyre (with your spare tyre)
- Jumpstart your battery
- Limited fan belt repairs (subject to availability of fan belt)
- Limited overheating issues
- Limited electrical malfunctions
- Fuel Assistance (subject to availability of fuel)
If the issue requires major repair, towing services will be engaged and the vehicle will be towed to the garage of the motorist’s choice or one of our partner garages.
Accident Assistance: First Call provides assistance in filling out documentation for an insurance claim, in the case of accidents.
Ancillary Services: We facilitate Ambulance and taxi services in the event of injury or need of alternative transportation. Security Services are also provided for vehicles broken down in unsafe locations whilst the vehicle gets repaired.
For as low as one hundred and fifty Ghana cedis (ghs 150) per annum, members can benefit from these services. The three (3) annual packages are, Basic, Essential and Premium.
Service is currently available in Accra and Tema and will be extended nationwide within the coming months.
