Well, BET Networks African arm has announced that for the first time ever, the winner of the Best International Act will receive his/her award on the main stage with the American awards.
This was revealed in a message on twitter saying :” For the first time ever, the #BETAwards2018 Best International Act category winner will be presented on the main stage.”
This answers the the dreams of many pundits like myself , who for years have been criticizing BET for how they treat African acts. Read some of my past submissions here
